Oh the weather outside is frightful! But that didn’t stop Levi Bergen, Meghan Stinard, Autumn Gale, Rikki Weaber, Mitchel Knudson and Elita Nivens from pelting each other with a flurry of snowballs.
Their screams of joy and potentially fear could be heard all over campus as they spent their break in between classes enjoying something many people detest.
Campus was closed for several days as the snow poured done nonstop, causing campus to be declared unsafe.
Thankfully, PC’s maintenace crew was able to help clear campus as soon as the storm was over, which captured Dr. Luke Robin’s compliments, “The maintenance crews killed it getting rid of the snow to get ready re-opening the campuses as soon as possible, and to keep the students and faculties safe after the campuses are re-opened. After all the campuses being closed for five days straight since Feb. 9 through 13, all the campus re-opened on Feb. 14; Port Townsend and Forks site were back on regular schedule, however Port Angeles campus started from 10 a.m. Port Angeles site got back to regular schedules on the 15th,” said President Luke Robins.
Thankfully the snow has since melted, the roads have been cleared, and classes and sports are back on their regular schedules.
