Fly down a 65-foot waterslide, charge through perilous mud pits, and scale a 14-foot climbing wall, all while being chased by the undead at the 2016 Pirate Zombie Mud Run held at Peninsula College on Saturday, May 7.
The Zombie Mud Run is a 5K obstacle course, replete with seven fearsome zombie zones and 12 obstacles.
“The most exciting obstacle is, by far, the waterslide down the campus front steps to the finish line,” Athletics Activities Coordinator Jeremiah Johnson said.
“But this year we also have more walls, a bigger mud pit and a climb over geo-dome with zombies inside,” he said.
