Students, staff, and faculty gathered in the PUB April 24 to question candidates for the top three Associated Student Council positions.
Sydney Roberts, who is running unopposed for President, describes herself as tenacious and collaboration-driven. She wants more event participation.
Jeremiah Hobbs, candidate for Vice President, describes himself as approachable and wants to engage students unfamiliar with the Peninsula.
Zak Hoskins, VP candidate, considers himself a team player that responds well to criticism and has a strong work ethic.
Kennady Whitehead, the only candidate for VP of Programming, also sees herself as approachable, and encourages more community involvement in events.
The selection committee is comprised of ASC President Steve DeVoe and members of other student organizations.
