After a few weeks of deliberation, the results for the Vice President of Instruction position for Peninsula College are in, and the winner is… no one. According to Peninsula College President Luke Robins, none of the top four candidates were selected for the position.
“After careful thought and thorough analysis of input from the committee,“ Robins writes, “I have concluded that I cannot move forward with an offer of employment to any of the candidates interviewed. This decision is not made lightly; rather, it is grounded in our common goal of selecting a candidate for vice president who will bring the requisite talents, passion, and commitment to the position, and who will be a great fit for our college community. Peninsula College deserves nothing less, and I am confident we will find such a candidate.”
The search for the next VPI will continue in the following weeks.
Stay tuned.
