This is a complicated issue and lots of people have a lot of different answers, here are a few:.
Scholar and author of “The Hero with a Thousand Faces,” Joseph Campbell said on the matter, “I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.”
Edgar Allen Poe said that “the best things in life make you sweaty.”
John Lennon once said, “When I was five years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
But all that aside, the truth is that there’s no meaning of life and we’ll probably all die alone. Merry Christmas!
